The Emotional Intelligence and its Effects

One’s being in a state where he has control of his actions and emotions regarding anything going on around him is a simple definition of emotional intelligence. Psychologists have further classified and categorized emotional intelligence in different stages and levels.




Self Awareness:


This is the most important and fundamental level of the emotional intelligence course. According to this statement, you are in total control of your mind. The main objects around you are covered by your mind. Having a brief knowledge of every day’s needs and wants is also a part of self-awareness. Knowing what is bad for you and your health and what is good in self-interest are the main factors.

Self Management:


Staying in control of your activities is known as self-management. A person should behave and take responsibility for all of his belongings whether it is the actions that are coming out of his body or the steps he is taking towards anything with abstract decisions. This also includes leadership training which leads to great leadership qualities.

Social Awareness:


This field of intelligence includes the overall knowledge of things around you and what is going on in the world. A person should be active in all of his matters. Not only this he should be able to react in different kinds of situations accordingly.

Social Management:


If you are living with your family you know them with years of experience and treat them according to what you have seen and learned of their nature. The situation is slightly different with friends but still the same. Doing this gives you the wisdom and modesty to deal with people of all kinds and races.
